Dear Homeowners,

We would like to take a moment to share some important information regarding the review process for Architectural Review Committee (ARC) applications. Prior to April 10, 2024, ARC applications were reviewed during regular Board meetings and not at its own specifically held meeting communicated in advance to the community.

While these applications were reviewed by the Board, this process did not provide the level of transparency and communication that Florida Statutes encourage for property owners’ associations. We recognize the importance of keeping our community informed and involved in matters that may impact property appearance and value.

We are committed to improving this process by ensuring that:

• Homeowners are notified when ARC applications are submitted.

• ARC items are clearly identified on meeting agendas.

• All reviews are conducted in an open and transparent manner.

We appreciate your understanding as we take steps to enhance communication and ensure compliance with applicable requirements. Thank you for your continued support as we work together to maintain the integrity and appeal of our community.
